"The Fred Cavin Foreman Safety Award" is an annual award recognizing the dedication, leadership and safety on which Fred Cavin founded this company.

 

The Annual Fred Cavin Foreman Safety award winner for 2009 goes to Pile Driving Foreman Rick Reyna. This year, Rick Reyna is celebration his 25th year with Foundation. Thank you for your dedication, loyalty, leadership and safe teamwork. Rick's safety attitude brings inspiration and motivation to the Foundation team everyday! Rick encourages his fellow co-workers; from the operating engineer's to Foundation's management to the young pile driving apprentices to the journeymen and everyone in between, raising the level of safety awareness within our workforce. Rick encourages his crews to 'work safe and work smart'. Rick has a way of bringing the Foundation team together making his project's safe AND productive for Foundation and our clients.

 

As of 1/22/2010 - 794 Safe Days without a lost time incident!!!
