Foundation Drives TOUGH Batter Piles - see video clips! January 4, 2010

Pre-Cast Concrete piles 105-feet long x 14-inch square driven at a 3:1 batter with a D-46 diesel impact hammer. The crane is a Manitowoc 4000 with 150-feet of boom and using 130-feet of PileCo U-32" leader.

787 SAFE DAYS - OUTSTANDING!!! January 15, 2010

I would like to Congratulate Foundation Constructors, Inc. employees for their STELLAR Safety Record; as of 1/15/2010 - 787 safe days - without a 'lost time' incident.
 
December 21, 2009, was a milestone for Foundation; 730 safe days - Two years without a 'lost time' incident. AMAZING!!! 
 
Big thanks and much appreciation to the Foundation Team for making it happen SAFELY everyday!!!

2nd Annual Fred Cavin Foreman Safety Award January 22, 2010

"The Fred Cavin Foreman Safety Award" is an annual award recognizing the dedication, leadership and safety on which Fred Cavin founded this company.
 
The Annual Fred Cavin Foreman Safety award winner for 2009 goes to Pile Driving Foreman Rick Reyna. This year, Rick Reyna is celebration his 25th year with Foundation. Thank you for your dedication, loyalty, leadership and safe teamwork. Rick's safety attitude brings inspiration and motivation to the Foundation team everyday! Rick encourages his fellow co-workers; from the operating engineer's to Foundation's management to the young pile driving apprentices to the journeymen and everyone in between, raising the level of safety awareness within our workforce. Rick encourages his crews to 'work safe and work smart'. Rick has a way of bringing the Foundation team together making his project's safe AND productive for Foundation and our clients.
 
As of 1/22/2010 - 794 Safe Days without a lost time incident!!!
